A 2000 Neighborhood Bond Project
This neighborhood improvement project will construct curb and gutter, sidewalk, and minor storm drainage. These improvements will be installed on portions of Marlene Street, Susan Street, Cheshire Avenue, Santee Street, Browning Avenue, Thriftwood Drive and Lawrence Street.

Cost: $2,000,000
Please note that this figure includes all costs associated with the project such as planning and design, acquiring the right of way, utility relocation, consultant fees, construction, signalization, permits and landscaping.
The Engineering and Property Management (E&PM) project team will manage the Edgewood Neighborhood Improvement Project through a four stage process. Specific work is conducted during each stage with an emphasis on public involvement during the planning and design phases.
