Edgewood Neighborhood Improvement Project

Edgewood
The Edgewood neighborhood will receive infrastructure improvements such as new curb and gutter, sidewalks and storm drainage.

What's happened? City staff worked with Armstrong Glen, Inc., the consultant/designer to plan and design the improvements for the Edgewood Neighborhood. All property acquisition was complete in January, 2007.  Bids were received and a construction contract was awarded to Ferebee. Construction began in June.

What's next?  Construction continues and should be complete by October, 2008.
