Prosperity Ridge Road Connection
This project will extend Prosperity Ridge Road to Ridge Road, allowing it to function as part of the interchange.

What's happened? Project design continues. Complications from storm water flow issues required the project team to look at additional design scenarios.

What's next? We anticipate the Real Estate Acquisition phase to begin by late summer 2013.”

A Connectivity Project

This project will extend Prosperity Ridge Road to Ridge Road, allowing it to function as part of the interchange. This project will also help tie in the new I-485 exit ramps.

Objectives:
  • Complete Prosperity Ridge Road from Prosperity Church Road to Ridge Road
  • Construct a left-turn lane on eastbound Ridge Road to northbound Prosperity Ridge Road  
  • Construct left turn lanes (to Prosperity Ridge) on Ridge Road

Cost:  $2,100,000
Please note that the project cost will include all costs associated with the project such as planning and design, acquiring the right of way, utility relocation, consultant fees, construction, signalization, permits and landscaping.
