CITY OF CHARLOTTE COMMERCIAL PROJECT CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY HOLD RELEASE FORM FOR ENGINEERING, COMMERCIAL ZONING AND URBAN FORESTRY

When construction is satisfactory completed, City Engineering, Commercial Zoning, and Urban Forestry will release their "holds" that have been placed on the Certificate of Occupancy (CO) for the project. Check the Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement website, http://www.meckpermit.com to determine what holds have been placed on your project and schedule their inspection.

PLEASE NOTE: Prior to requesting a Commercial Project Engineering hold release, ensure all site work is completed per the CO Checklist and Tree Ordinance checklists.
