The mission of the Mayor’s Mentoring Alliance is to connect Charlotte’s mentoring organizations for the purpose of promoting best practices and high standards for quality service delivery.
 
The Alliance recognizes the need for quality mentor programming and well-trained mentors to serve youth throughout Charlotte and works to elevate awareness within the community.
