Contacting the Mayor and the Mayor's Office

In addition to officiating City Council meetings, the Mayor represents the City at special ceremonies and events. If you would like to invite the Mayor to an upcoming event, please notify the Mayor's Office at least four weeks in advance by contacting the Mayor's Scheduler, Peggy Huffman, at phuffman@charlottenc.gov or 704-336-3131.
