About Brownfields

We have all seen vacant, abandoned, and boarded-up properties that often cause an eyesore to the community. Have you wondered why these properties aren’t being re-used or redeveloped? In some cases it is because previous occupants have left the property with chemical contamination. Uncertainty in the cost of site cleanup can keep prospective property owners and developers away. The result is numerous properties that remain contaminated and abandoned. But we can help.
