Application Fees & Required Documentation:
As of July 1, 2012 Subdivision Applications, Plans, and required documents can be submitted electronically to ldplans@charlottenc.gov. If necessary, paper submittals may be delivered to the One Stop Permitting Center, 1st floor of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center.
All fee payments must be delivered to the One Stop Permitting Center, prior to the distribution and review of Subdivision Plans.
Documents can be submitted digitally by utilizing the Adobe Acrobat® software. The electronic file size limit is 30MB. If a file exceeds the required file size limit, the file may be divided into multiple files and submitted.
