The following is a two-year plan created by the Development Services agencies within CDOT, E&PM and Planning in an effort to better align the services provided to the development community and to continually enhance those services.

I. Customer Service

Establish and document a Development Services customer service policy

Conduct biennial survey of key customers

Each Department to establish and meet internal goals to achieve overall average of 95% on-time reviews and an on-average of 2.5 reviews for plan approvals


II. Ordinances, Policies & Procedures

Comprehensive Transportation Plan Ordinance Amendments

III. Partners & Stakeholders

Establish a new stakeholder process and participate as required (Development Services Technical Advisory Committee Charter)

Enhance the Development Services Web Portal (http://development.charmeck.org)

Continue to leverage Accela Automation to maximize its benefits (Tech Comm.)

a)    Voluntary EPLAN service for subdivision plans

b)    Accela EDR conversion for commercial plans

c)    Mandatory EPLAN service with EDR for subdivision plans

d)    Implement Accela work flow for Rezoning

 


V. Staff Development

Schedule annual joint meeting to improve collaboration and establish and refine Development Services Alignment Initiatives
