Charlotte/Douglas International Airport is the Carolinas' premiere air transportation facility. Our airport covers 5,000 acres and supports commercial, cargo, corporate, military, private aircraft as well as trucking and shipping operations.

Officers interact regularly with the FAA, FBI, US Customers, US Department of Agriculture, US Immigration and Naturalization, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police, the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Department and other local, state and federal government agencies that operate within the airport's jurisdiction
