March 16, 1985:   Crockett Park Fire 
April 23, 1985:   Royster Fertilizer Company Fire
April 11, 1986:   Little Hardware Fire
April 12, 1987 & May 6, 1987:  Kelston Place Fires
March 21,1988:   Chem-Way Corporation Hazardous Materials Fire
January 1, 1989:  House fire on Norris Avenue
October 14, 1991: National Welders Facility Fire
