Landscape Architectural/Engineering Services
Toby Creek Greenway- Phase II

Mecklenburg County is requesting the submission of Letter of Interest (LOI) from Landscape Architectural/Engineering firms to provide professional planning and design for the development of the Toby Creek Greenway- Phase II. The Toby Creek Greenway- Phase II is funded in part by a Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) grant and thus must follow the requirements outlined by NCDOT for consultant selection and project review.
