Asset and Facility Management provides master planning, space planning, architectural design and construction administration services for the development of general government, detention, and Park & Recreation facilities. We satisfy the space and land needs of, and provide healthy working and recreational environments for, all County departments.
Consultant & Contracting Opportunities
We also provide for management of Mecklenburg County's property inventory through the acquisition and disposition of real property
- maintenance of all County owned buildings with the exclusion of Park properties.
Design work is achieved primarily through out-sourcing to private sector architectural - engineering consultants.
