October 14, 2011 - 2011 Air Toxics Inventory - As required by the US Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA"), and in accordance with Mecklenburg County Air Pollution Control Ordinance ("MCAPCO") Regulation 1.5104 - "General Duties and Powers of the Director, with the Approval of the Board" subparagraph (b)(1), Mecklenburg County Air Quality ("MCAQ") is conducting an air toxics pollutant emission inventory for calendar year 2011. September 8, 2011 – Community-based Social Marketing Pilot Project Final Report - Learn how air quality staff, along with a team of LUESA employees, using Community-based Social Marketing behavior change techniques to develop a campaign that increased the number of unused lights being turned off in the County’s Hal Marshall building.
