Our community-based provider network includes more than 300 agencies, private practices and hospitals offering mental health, intellectual and/or developmental disability and substance abuse services.
The Provider Operations Division consists of Provider Relations and Network Development, Provider Monitoring, and Accountability. This group is responsible for policies, procedures, resources and guidance to assist providers for the operation, authorization and reporting for their practice.
The objective of this division is to ensure that network providers are serving consumers in ways that demonstrate a commitment to the best clinical and business practices, are treated in a healthy and safe environment and are included in the decisions regarding their treatment and support.
