Service Certification Process


As per the Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services Implementation Update #98: House Bill 1055, signed into law and effective on June 26, 2012 eliminates the requirement for LMEs to conduct endorsement activities for providers. The credentialing process for LME-MCOs has replaced the endorsement process previously performed by LMEs.
