Mecklenburg Provider Council Executive Board is seeking applicants from the following service groups: Speciality Providers, ICFMR, Hospitals, Individual Practitioners, and Practice Groups. Interested providers please submit a completed application to jalali@kerr-homes.com no later than May 31, 2012. Providers must be in good standing with the LMC.
