InfoShare Date Announcement
On MONDAY, March 17th from 9-11 AM at Covenant Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall both MeckLINK and Cardinal leadership will hold a community meeting. Although there will be time for questions and answers during the meeting, we encourage you to send in questions ahead of time to Communications Specialist, Melissa Marshburn.

InfoShare was not held in November, December or January. The October meeting was held on the 2nd and included two presentations, the video can be found HERE.
In September there was a Communications Exchange between MeckLINK and The Provider Network. The new community tag line was presented along with a new MeckLINK video animation. Several of the Board of County Commissioners were present, along with Michelle Lancaster, Assistant County Manager.

The August InfoShare presentations were by the Finance Team - Is Your Claim Clean? and the 24 Hour Customer Service Call Center Team - Access to Care - How new consumers get connected to services and the importance of performance measurement standards. The June 5th InfoShare topic was on the GoldStar Monitoring Process for AGENCY PROVIDERS. A separate session has not yet been scheduled for LIP and Group Practices. An overview of the GoldStar Monitoring Process was presented for Agency Providers. All providers are encouraged to review the GoldStar Monitoring Tools that are posted on the DHHS website.

If you missed the May InfoShare - The AGENDA - Director of Care Coordination, Aalece Pugh-Lilly, MA, PhD gave a short presentation, updates, and an overview about Care Coordination. Then she lead 9 Care Coordinators, managers & supervisors panel discussion including the Director Innovations I/DD, Beth Monaco, BS, QDDP participated. Watch Online
In case you missed the APRIL InfoShare - watch online. The Target Audience was Providers, Practice Managers and Claims Managers and the focus topics included: Importance of a Compliance Department, Elements of a Compliance Program, What is Fraud and Abuse and the Important compliance and Fraud, Waste and Abuse Laws.
During the March Info Share, the Service Management Division was introduced to the Provider Network. Providers had the opportunity to ask questions regarding authorizations, claims, contracts, etc. Providers were also given the opportunity to write their questions down on cards. The various Service Management departments have answered these questions below.
