Special Meeting of the Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners will be held on Monday, January 24, 2011 at 8 a.m. in Conference Center Room 267 of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center located at 600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, NC.
 
The Board will meet with the Mecklenburg County State Legislative Delegation and Court Officials. The purpose of the joint meeting will be to discuss 1) the County’s 2011 Legislative Agenda, 2) the Mecklenburg County Courts Legislative Agenda; and 3) other matters of mutual interests; and to take action as may be deemed appropriate.

The purpose of the meeting is to review the County Manager's proposed budget for FY2011-2012, and to take action as may be deemed appropriate.  The meeting may be recessed to another date, time and location and would be announced.  A schedule of the recessed meeting dates is on file with the Clerk to the Board; however, the Board is not required to adhere to the proposed schedule.
