APPOINTMENTS:
The Board made the following appointments:

• Carol Barry and Linda Olige were reappointed to the Adult Care Home Advisory Committee
• Christy Bryant was reappointed to the Information Services and Technology Committee
• Jane Childrey and John McLeod were appointed to the Personnel Commission
• Corine Thomas was reappointed to the Waste Management Advisory Board

Managing For Results (M4R)

In 2001, County Manager Harry Jones introduced M4R as a means of achieving long-term goals established by the Board. As part of M4R, the Board adopted a Community & Corporate Scorecard using the balanced scorecard system to establish specific goals, strategies and performance measures. The most recent scorecard results are published in the 2008 Performance Report.
