Requesting an Overseas Citizen's Absentee Ballot

If you are a Overseas Citizen and currently registered in Mecklenburg County maintaining a residence, you may request your Absentee Ballot by sending us a Federal Postcard Application (FPCA)  You can download the form at www.fvap.gov.  Or you can write a letter; click here for the details to include in your letter. 

If you are not currently registered in Mecklenburg County or if you cannot remember if you are registered, you can send us a Federal Postcard Application (FPCA).  Anyone living overseas whose last registration address in the U. S. was in Mecklenburg County may vote in Mecklenburg County using a Federal Postcard Application (FPCA).

You may use the FPCA to register, change your address and /or request an Absentee Ballot. You can download the form at www.fvap.gov and it is good for all elections in that calendar year.
