I acknowledge that: (1) if the completed  cancellation form is received by Code Enforcement 72 hours prior to the scheduled inspection, the project account will be credited 90% of the inspection deposit; and (2) no refunds will be issued if the form is not completed or it is received by Code Enforcement less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled inspection time.
