Scope of Services:

• Enforce the Minimum Housing Codes for Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Matthews, and Mint Hill as well as in the unincorporated area of the County south of Pineville by ensuring that dwelling units maintain a minimum standard of living conditions.  This encompasses any structure from a storage building to a multi-family apartment building used as a dwelling unit.

• Enforce the Mecklenburg County Abandoned and Junk Vehicle Ordinance in the unincorporated areas of the County.
