We will honor the
56 victims that have died at the hands of their intimate partner in North Carolina (so far) in 2012. This will be done by decorating the memorial tree with ribbons acknowledging their names and the county in which they lived. All in attendance will be asked to participate.

CMPD Headquarters, 601 East Trade Street, Main Lobby,
Charlotte, NC 28202 (map) > Park in lot off of Davidson.
This memorial will be on display from 11/24/12 through January 5, 2013. We hope that any friends and family who have lost a loved one to domestic violence will make this memorial their own. Bring pictures, poems, news articles, flowers, etc. and place them near the tree for all to appreciate.
