Public Notice is hereby given that Mecklenburg County has developed its draft HUD Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for the period of June 1, 2011 through July 31, 2012.

On December 18, 2007, the Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners adopted a Resolution declaring its intent to enter into a long-term lease agreement with Knights Baseball, LLC.

Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners adopted a Resolution declaring its intent to sell three (3) parcels of land to be subdivided from Tax Parcels 125-071-20 and 125-071-25 to Brooklyn Village LLC.

Mecklenburg County intends to enter into an agreement with the Town of Huntersville, American Asset Corporation (or with one or more of its related entities), and Rhein Medall Communities (or one of its related entities).
