Program allows elderly an disabled adults ages 18 and up to receive support services in their own home.

The 'trav MECK' Foreign Travel Clinic is equipped to provide a number of key services for the tourist or business-person including pre-travel advice and travel related prescriptions.
- Hispanos Saludables
This is a program for Hispanic adults that addresses nutrition and physical activity in an effort to reduce risk for obesity, heart disease and diabetes.

- Maternity Care Coordination

The goal of Smart Start @ Home is to promote a healthy preganancy, providing parenting skills, linking families to needed resources, and improving healthy life choices.

- Child Care Nurse Consultant
Nurse provides communicable disease follow-up as well as education and consultation regarding child health and safety issues in child care facilities.
- Child Care Health Consultants
Healthcare professionals can assist child care centers in establishing policies and procedures for health/safety emergencies, provide health education and wellness programs, and conduct childcare staff trainings.
- Healthy Futures-Starting in the Kitchen
Program developed to address and prevent pediatric obesity by providing instruction for cooks at large child care centers
