Understanding the Status

Application Received 

• Null Value (No Data) – Application has not yet been received or entered in the system
• Date Shown - Displays the date that the application was received by our office

          Fee Paid

• $0.00 – Permit fee has not yet been received or entered into the system
• Amount Shown - Displays the permit fee amount processed by our office

          Permit Issued

• N (No) - Indicates that processing has not yet been completed
• Y (Yes) – Indicates that processing has been completed and a permit will be issued for the facility Note: You can obatin an electronic copy of your permit here 
  
  Permit Effective Date
   
• Null Value (No Data) - Indicates that processing has not yet been completed Indicates that processing has not yet been completed
• Date Shown - Indicates the date the permit will be effective (ie: the facility can operate).
  Note: The permit effective date is based on the pool opening date that was provided on the permit application submitted for processing.
