Mecklenburg County is a grantee recipient of Part A Ryan White Treatment Modernization Act federal grant funds. The Ryan White Program provides HIV-related health and support services. This website was created with the goal of improving communication and services throughout our Transitional Grant Area (TGA).

Updated Tools
The Case Management, Fiscal Monitoring and General Monitoring Tools have been updated. The only changes to these 3 tools are that monitoring standards which were added in FY 2011-2012 are now highlighted in “RED” for quick reference. You must fully with these standards in FY 2012-2013. Please download these new versions and discontinue using previous version.

RFP announced for Part A Ryan White services for the 2012-2013 grant year. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on November 16, 2011 at 1 p.m. Please see RFP for details.
