March is National Nutrition Month® and the folks at the Mecklenburg County Health Department want to help you and your family to make healthy lifestyle choices and eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables every day.
It's important to remember that the food and physical activity choices you make today-and every day- affect how you feel, not only today, but in the future. Eating right and being physically active are keys to that healthy lifestyle. That's the reason we recognize National Nutrition Month®.
