Yes We Can serve a variety of vegetables!

Vegetables are becoming more readily available this time of year in North Carolina.  Feed children a variety of vegetables in a rainbow of colors. Serve non-starchy vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli, or lettuce more often than starchy vegetables such as potatoes, corn, or green beans.
