Healthy Cooking Contests are a great way to promote the consumption of healthy foods; enhance education of nutrition and healthy cooking; and provide an opportunity to foster camaraderie between employees.
How To Do It
Follow the 4 steps below to plan your contest:
- Encourage participants to bring in a dish that meet the rules and ingredient criteria
- Assemble a panel of judges to judge the dishes based on criteria such as: originality/creativity, healthfulness, taste, and appearance
- Ask participants briefly explaining their dish and techniques used to make it healthy
- Chose a winner
