Violation of this statute could result in fines or possible suspension of a business's ABC Permit.

Mecklenburg County's MRF will be implementing the following practices:
ABC Permit Holders are encouraged to work with their Managers, staff, and their ABC Recycling Service Provider to ensure ABC recycling loads are uncontaminated. Mecklenburg County Solid Waste will provide educational assistance to all requesting parties.
