WORKSHOPS FOR WOMEN:
PUBLIC INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN FREE WORKSHOPS AT NATIONAL CONVENTION
Charlotte, NC - Beginning Tuesday, July 16, 2002, women and advocates for women's issues will converge on Mecklenburg County from around the nation for the 33rd annual convention of the National Association of Commissions for Women. It will be held at the Ballantyne Resort in Charlotte, with a theme of
"Changes, Chances, Choices: Retooling for the 21st Century."
The convention will consist of a wide variety of workshops, all
