State of the County
The Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners, Parks Helms, delivers the State of the County Address at 9:00am on Wednesday, January 25 in the chamber of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center. The Address may also be viewed live on The Government Channel, Time Warner Cable Channel 16.
