Classes are from 9:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. and cost $20 per person for the entire four-week session. The Elon Recreation Center is located at 11401 Ardrey Kell Road.
Classes will provide seniors the opportunity to engage in several healthy activities that are both educational and entertaining. Activities include:
- Blood pressure checks
- Healthy cooking tips from the garden
- Technology 101
- Bingo
- Tackle fishing
- The chance to learn disc golf techniques
- Fitness/line dancing
- Ask the pharmacist.
Lunch will be provided for each session.
