WHAT: Affordable Health Care Act Town Hall Meeting

WHO: Elected officials, health care leaders, community members. The keynote speaker will be Anton J. Gunn, MSW, director, Region IV, United States Department of Health & Human Services.

WHY: This is the first in a series of Community Town Hall meetings that are taking place at the request of the United States Department of Health and Human Services to explain components of the new law and to receive feedback from residents on concerns that they have. This event is being held in collaboration with the Mecklenburg County Health Department and Johnson C. Smith University.
