As a member of the committee, Diorio will help shape best practices and write policy statements on debt management that will be used by government entities across the United States and Canada.
“This opportunity will be a great way for me to meet other people across the country who do what I do, learn from them and apply what I’ve learned to this organization,” said Diorio.
The appointment lasts Jan. 1, 2012 - Dec. 31. 2014.
Diorio has been with Mecklenburg County since April 2007.
