WHERE: Charlotte region (Cabarrus, Gaston, Iredell, Mecklenburg, Lincoln, Rowan, Union and York [SC] counties).
WHO: Commuters who live or work in the Charlotte region.

• Grand Prize is an Apple iPad donated by NC Air Awareness. Additional prizes were donated by REI, Duke Energy, Harris Teeter and Alta Planning + Design.
