The event will be held at the Southview Recreation Center, located at 1720 Vilma Street, Charlotte, NC.

This free event serves to empower and educate people about effective tools and necessary contact information when involved in or aware of a domestic violence situation.  Residents will hear testimonials from guest speakers and participate in a mini self-defense class.

Light refreshments will be served.
