Parents are reminded to bring their child’s official shot records and at least one form of identification. The cost of each immunization will depend upon need and income requirements.
In compliance with North Carolina law, all students entering kindergarten must present certification of immunizations on their first day of school. Children entering the sixth-grade are also required to get an additional vaccination prior to the first day of class. If documentation is not presented, parents or guardians have 30 calendar days to provide documentation or the student may be excluded from school until proof is provided.
