The Dr. Charles L. Sifford Golf Course was built in the late 1930’s as Charlotte’s first municipal golf course. It was originally known as the Bonnie Brae Golf Course and later the Revolution Park Golf Course. In April 2011, the course was renamed the Dr. Charles L.
