Shields Presents FY2014 Recommended Budget
Interim County Manager Bobbie Shields is recommending increasing the County's property tax rate by 2.5 cents next fiscal year to sustain current services while bolstering education funding.
The recommended budget, presented Tuesday night, is 17.2 percent more than the current budget, an increase of $247 million.
