Rodney's Great Kids Triathlon

Welcome to Rodney's Great Kids Triathlon (RGKT) Page! On its 16th year, this fun, challenging, annual event has children challenging themselves in swimming, biking, and running. This event is only for children 17 and under.

Registration begins March 1, 2013. Entry fee to enter is only $20 before May 10, $25 after. Registration for RGKT is available by mail, by phone or in person. Sorry, online registration is not available for this event. Please watch our video for more information or call 704-336-7855.

Ages and Race Distances
8 and under - 100 yard swim, .7 bike, .7 run
9 - 10 - 100 yard swim, 1.4 bike, .7 run
11 - 12 - 200 yard swim, 2.8 bike, 1.4 run
13 - 14 - 200 yard swim, 2.8 bike, 1.4 run
15 - 17 - 400 yard swim, 5.6 bike, 2.8 run
