 Ray's Splash Planet is unlike anything in the Carolinas! Ray's includes a one-of-a-kind waterpark with fun-filled features. Ray's Splash Planet is also home to a state of the art fitness area with an aerobic & dance room, cardiovascular theater, free weights and resistance equipment.
Ray's Splash Planet, owned and operated by Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation, is a regional attraction open to residents of other counties and states as well as citizens of Mecklenburg County. There is a discount on admissions and memberships for Mecklenburg County residents. Our LOW membership passholder prices include access to the Mecklenburg County Aquatic Center, Marion Diehl Pool, and the Outdoor Pools for no additional charge!
Ray's Splash Planet offers birthday party rooms, a playground shared with Irwin Academic Center, fitness programs, sports and water related programs, an outdoor covered picnic area, basketball gymnasium, horseshoe pits, Irwin Creek Greenway access, and other recreational based features.
Ray's Snack Shack, located within Ray's Splash Planet, offers pizza, corn dogs, hot dogs, ice cream, as well as many healthy alternative snacks and drinks.
