Charlotte, NC –  Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department offers a paintball adventure for teens, ages 11-17, on Saturday, February 28, 2009,  9am-4pm. Paintball is an outdoor activity that focuses on teamwork, cooperation and strategy. 
 
Pick-up/Drop-off is at Hickory Grove Recreation Center, 6709 Pence Road. Park and Recreation will provide a van trip to the adventure site at Palmetto Hills Paintball Facility in Rock Hill. The program includes all equipment such as paintball gun, paintballs, face mask, and all-day air.
