	Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department will host on-camera acting classes at Elon Recreation Center for ages 8-13 and 55-up beginning in late November.
Description1 Charlotte, NC–Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department will host on-camera acting classes at Elon Recreation Center for ages 8-13 and 55-up beginning in late November. Classes are instructor-guided and focus on all aspects of acting including: techniques in cold-reading, improvisation, voice and diction, pantomime, and script analysis. Youth Classes Classes are Tuesdays, Nov. 22- Dec. 20 from 4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. The cost is $90 per person for the entire five-week session. Adult Classes Classes are Thursdays, Nov. 17 – Dec. 15 (excluding Nov. 24) from 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. The cost is $75 per person for the entire four weeks.
