Richard Hunt Selected as Public Artist for Romare Bearden Park
Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation and the Arts and Science Council announced Tuesday that renowned African-American sculptor Richard Hunt has been selected as the public artist for Romare Bearden Park.
Community Workshops Scheduled for Barton Creek Greenway
The Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Greenway Advisory Council will host two community workshops to gain citizen input on the design and construction of Barton Creek Greenway.
