• Quality plans that support public safety and welfare and adhere with local regulations. 

• Quality work and integrity that comes with the professional seal and signature on the plans. 

• Sound, reasonable judgment in determining the time of concentration, roughness coefficients and curve numbers used in storm drainage design. 

• Thorough review of calculations.
