• Regulatory Services and Land Development Permitting for Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Matthews, Mint Hill and Pineville (plan review of subdivisions and commercial projects, construction inspection)
• Storm Water Control (detention, flood prevention on minor systems)
• Plan review on Water Quality Regulations (erosion control, water quality structures, stream buffers, impervious limits)
• Commercial Driveway Permitting and Transportation Access (driveway permits, turn lane and road widening)
• Subdivision Road Construction (design review, construction inspection, proof-rolling)
• Zoning (Enforce Town's Zoning ordinance, field inspections for compliance of same)
