Mecklenburg County Child Support Enforcement

Child Support Enforcement

The Mission of the Mecklenburg County Child Support Enforcement Department is to enhance the quality of life of children and families through the efficient and timely provision of child support services.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Mecklenburg County Child Support is undergoing an important internal change to better serve you, our customers.

Effective June 24, 2011 your case was assigned to one caseworker who will be responsible for managing all aspects of your case once you have applied for service. For many of you, this means you may now be assigned to a different caseworker from the one you had previously. It is our goal and expectation that our caseworker-to-customer interaction will increase, and our commitment to provide quality service will be evidenced by this change. We will keep you informed as we continue to progress and develop.

Please contact us at 704-432-9300 if you have any questions.
