Where AreYou Headed

Chadwick takes his audiences on a journey from roaring laughter and infectious energy to jaw dropping silence. He was placed into foster care at age 16 and aged out at 18 in the same home he was initially placed. Chadwick leads the audience through his story that begins with tragedy and loss but ends with success and triumph leaving youth to stand on their feet, wiping away tears of joy, and cheering with excitement. Chadwick has the extraordinary ability to encourage, challenge, inspire, and elevate every person in the room to approach their life and work with purpose and passion. Chadwick encourages youth to make the most of their life no matter what their experiences have been.

#FutureStrong: A Panel for Permanence                                                                         This informative panel will offer youth the opportunity to hear firsthand accounts of the experiences of former foster youth who achieved permanency through adoption, as well as through aging out of foster care with the help of supportive adults. The panelist will share the insights, triumphs, and struggles encountered in their journey to adulthood and provide the audience with practical information to aid in their own journey to permanence and beyond. Youth will also have the opportunity to participate in a question and answer session, all designed to educate and empower them as they continue in their individual paths of envisioning and creating their own #FutureStrong.
